Kate began her accountancy recruitment career over 10 years ago as a Regional NSW specialist, before expanding her geographical coverage to include wider Sydney and South East QLD, focusing on public practice recruitment.
Over the past decade, Kate has built an extensive network within the accounting industry. She is deeply immersed in this sector, regularly attending events and conferences nationwide, which provides her with valuable insight into emerging trends and industry challenges. As a specialist in both Sydney and regional locations, she brings a unique expertise to talent advisory, understanding the distinct dynamics and challenges between city-based and regional firms.
Kate is passionate about travel, and her trips to Latin America inspired her choice of 'Claro', which means 'understanding'.
"When Claro was born, the name was a pretty easy pick because I thought it really did convey who I am as a person and how I uphold my personal values through to my work. Travelling is as much about connection as recruitment is. Recruitment is all about connecting people and connecting with people."
